RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We are happy to accommodate returns or exchanges within 30 days from purchase date. Purchasers are responsible for return shipping in safe packaging. Items should be in new, unopened condition.

If any items are deemed to be faulty in any way, do not hesitate to contact us for a full refund or exchange for up to one year after initial purchase date. HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND OR EXCHANGE PROCESS TAKE? After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
